Acceptance of terms and conditions

By accessing or using the cms2 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users who register an account, browse content, use betting services, or access any feature of the cms2 platform via the website or mobile app. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The cms2 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet this minimum age requirement before registering or using any of our services.

Account creation, security, and user responsibilities

To access the full range of cms2 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. cms2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account ownership, or using another person's account. Information provided during registration must reflect the user's true identity and must match official identification documents when requested for verification purposes.

Users agree to use the cms2 platform for lawful and appropriate purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, probe, or exploit the platform.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

Payment and transaction information in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the cms2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other methods announced from time to time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained lawfully. cms2 reserves the right to hold, review, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or funds from an unlawful source.

Withdrawals require valid identity verification. The account holder's name must match the name on the bank account used for the transaction. Any discrepancy may delay the withdrawal process until verification is complete. For more details on deposit limits and the withdrawal process, please refer to the FAQ.

Cms2 does not cover any processing fees charged by third-party payment service providers. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the user.
